InkLiaison was founded on a single idea: most regretted tattoos are not bad tattoos — they are good tattoos in the wrong place, by the wrong hand, at the wrong scale. We exist to fix that.
Born from a quiet frustration with the way tattoos are sold.
We started InkLiaison after years of watching friends — thoughtful, careful people — leave consultations with designs they didn't quite love, made by artists who weren't quite right for them.
The internet had given everyone access to tattoo references, but no access to taste. Studios were full, but no one had time to sit with an idea long enough to find out what it was actually about.
So we built a small studio that does only two things, and does them slowly: design original work, and recommend the right artist to put it on the body.
