Services
InkLiaison offers two services: custom tattoo design and artist matching. Both are delivered remotely and concluded by email handover. Tattooing itself is performed by an independent artist whom we introduce.
Fees & deposits
Straightforward smaller tattoo projects may start at $25 USD. Larger custom design, more complex artist matching, cover-ups, rush timelines, or extra revision rounds are quoted after intake before paid work begins. When a custom design quote is accepted, a 50% deposit is required to begin. Artist matching is paid in full at the start and includes one revised shortlist if the first recommendations are not a fit. All InkLiaison fees are quoted in USD ($) and are exclusive of any artist tattooing fees.
Revisions
Custom design includes up to three rounds of revision. Additional rounds are billed at $120 USD each.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of payment. After design work has begun, deposits become non-refundable but transferable to a future project.
Ownership & use
Final designs are licensed to you for personal use as a tattoo. We retain the right to display anonymised images of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
InkLiaison is not the tattooing party and is not liable for outcomes of the tattooing procedure itself. Your relationship with the recommended artist is your own.
Communications
By submitting an inquiry or providing contact information, you agree that InkLiaison may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your inquiry, requested services, scheduling, artist matching, design delivery, and related follow-up. Message and data rates may apply for texts, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to purchase services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
