What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to design your tattoo and recommend an artist: your name, email, phone number, city, state, preferred contact method, project details, style preferences, budget range, timeline, and any reference files you choose to upload. We do not collect tracking data beyond essential analytics.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, contact you by email, phone, or text about the service, prepare design work, and recommend an artist. We do not sell, trade, or share it with third parties except the artist we recommend, with your explicit consent.
How long we keep it
General inquiry and intake records are kept for two years. Final design files, reference images, and project notes tied to completed design work may be kept indefinitely so we can help you recover, resize, revise, or match the design later. You can still request deletion by writing to studio@inkliaison.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to studio@inkliaison.com. We respond within five working days.
